IQSO comprises a small team of specially trained, experienced operatives. To be selected, they must be a long-term IQ employee with an exemplary record. Prerequisites include DVSA advanced rider/driver qualifications and, naturally, full background checks and DBS certification. Pre-selection, they are required to complete a series of exercises to demonstrate that they possess the highest levels of on-road ability in all conditions and can operate under pressure with outstanding navigation, decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills.

IQSO adhere to a strict policy of one client consignment per journey at all times.

Riders use un-branded, high-performance motorcycles and specialist body worn carriers to transport items, fully concealed, swiftly and securely, never leaving the riders possession until handed over to the intended recipient.

Drivers use unbranded, small, discreet cars fitted with hidden, secure lock boxes. When transferring items from the vehicle to the recipient, the driver can deploy a concealed, body-worn carrier or, for larger items, a securely-worn, waterproof pack.

Vehicles are selected from a meticulously maintained fleet to suit specific job requirements, whilst collection and delivery locations are researched with full risk-assessment to maximise discretion and safety for handovers.

IQSO can facilitate a pre-delivery meeting with the client, intended item recipient and the designated IQSO driver/rider: This provides the opportunity to confirm vital job details and brief all parties according to exacting requirements. The meeting also gives the opportunity to introduce the client, their staff, private security operatives, or any other relevant personnel, to the IQSO team.

NDA's can be issued whenever required, and, It should be noted, that IQSO personnel are well accustomed to meeting and liaising with A-list, high profile individuals: IQSO clients can rest assured that the utmost confidentiality and professionalism will be maintained at all times, with drivers and riders fully aware that they represent an extension to, and a reflection of, the individuals, businesses and brands that they serve.
