about this case Study

IQ were approached by The NIHR Respiratory Biomedical Research Unit at Glenfield Hospital who were working in partnership with Leicester University and The Francis Crick Institute on a two-year Tuberculosis clinical study.

IQ were chosen based on their ability to mobilise and organise multiple collections and deliveries quickly, some times at very short notice. Utilising a select team of our highly-skilled, experienced motorcycle riders, it was vital that speed, security and compliance was maintained throughout each trip given the critical nature of the Human bronchoalveolar lavage samples - UN3373 BIOLOGICAL SUBSTANCE CATEGORY B

"When appointing our Courier partner for this clinical study, it became apparent early on that IQ were the obvious choice. They were the only ones who could match our, admittedly, demanding requirements exactly. Due to the delicate nature of the samples and urgent timeframes involved, we needed a company that could offer a same day service with speed, flexibility and one we could trust implicitly - that's exactly what we found with IQ Couriers."
