As a long-term partner of Nationwide, providing scheduled and same day solutions across the full spectrum of their extensive range of pathology services; throughout the Covid pandemic, IQ were entrusted with the collection and delivery of thousands of Covid tests and samples. Primarily within Nationwide's client base of elite sport clubs and organisations across the UK, clients included a large number high-profile Premier League and Championship football teams.

It was critically important that samples were collected and delivered swiftly, inline with key time and safety protocols, and in perfect condition - if players, staff or officials tested positive, or results were delayed, this could have compromised the efforts of the government, the public and the NHS to manage and contain the spread of the virus and would, ultimately, mean the difference between matches being cancelled or going ahead.
